Can we talk about it, please? I mean, really talk about it, candidly, honestly, respectfully. How possible is it to safeguard our adult/child's when we (parent/carer/siblings/guardian) are no longer? This is my current journey, 24 years in with my daughter Kathleen. Surely, I can't be the only parent having these thoughts.
